Completed custom platform bed. The drawers are all soft close full extension. Cherry wood, medium stain, full plywood interiors.
This bed is a custom design, mostly complete. Drawers and staining are the last step. Will update when complete.
Custom coping sled designed and built recently. Simple design using standard raw materials and took it to a machine shop who fabricated the parts and assembled it. A few more of the components were added at the end and it functions as designed. It allows our shop to cut or route the end pieces of wood rail parts for the doors 4 to 5 at a time whereas before we could only do one at a time and with the quick release of the air pressure.
